The rep answered all my questions and kept in touch after I was given a quote.. I agreed to accept their proposal and they scheduled the job on a Saturday without increasing the price. The job took longer because our well could not keep up with their water usage. The crew just changed their routine and made the best of it. Extra charges were never mentioned. Special attention was paid to areas that I pointed out and they even took the time to tape over outlets, switches and key boxes without being asked to do so. I never thought our gutters would ever be white again but they came out great. I can’t recommend Industrial Softwash enough. I have even asked them to quote the cleaning of our metal warehouse where I work.
